Terms and Conditions of Hire
The hall is available to both residents of Dunton Green and residents of the surrounding villages.
Fees must be paid at the time of booking.
In addition for certain events a deposit must be paid before the date of the booking. It will be returned if the Hall is left in good condition.
The time slots must be strictly adhered to, please ensure that you vacate the hall promptly.
You as the hirer are responsible for the tidying up of the hall after your event and must ensure that you factor this when planning your function.
Any damage to items or the fabric of the hall must be paid for. This will be taken from the depost and any extra must be paid within 28 days of the date of your function.

Cancellation

Your booking fee will only be refunded if you inform the Lettings Secretary at least 6 weeks before your booked date. Cancellations within 6 weeks of your booking date will only be refunded if we are able to re-let the hall.
